'I finished Niya last year whilst I was working an internship on my commute to and from work. To put it simply I was unhappy with the music I was making, and Niya was the first project I put together that I was and still am super proud of. I spent a lot of time in the creation of the EP developing my sound design skills, experimenting with maxforlive and generally taking time out of releasing tunes to get better at production. It took a while to find a label that wanted to back the EP, I’m so happy it was picked up by BONSAI who have been so supportive of me, so I want to say thank you to them and to anyone who takes interest in my music.
